Murrindie Frew is a British photographer based in Dubai with over twenty years experience specialising in editorial work for major magazines including Cosmopolitan, Harpers Bazaar, Good Housekeeping, Esquire and Mens Fitness and most recently FOOD magazine.

As such, her expertise covers a wide range of areas of photography.

Her assignments have led her to work in amazing places-London, Hong Kong , Sydney and Cannes to name a few.

She began her career after completing a Visual Communications degree at Leeds College of Art and Design.  Murrindie followed her passion in photography by becoming a press photographer in Berkshire in 2004 for two years.

After a two year stint covering many different areas of photography, shooting premiership football and music festivals being a couple of the highlights, she embarked on a traveling stint around Asia. Whilst on this journey she bagged a job in Dubai and a love for travel.

Thirteen years later, Murrindie is a well established freelance photographer based in the UAE taking on a variety of assignments, specialising in food and has photographed two cookbooks, The Iraqi Table and most recently, Cooking with Zahra. Other clients include: Jumeirah hotels, Four Seasons (Dubai and Bahrain), Mandarin Oriental, The Arts Club, Carluccios, Ikea, Spinneys, Gourmet Traveler, Qantas inflight magazine, Homecentre (Bangalore and Dubai), Caffe Nero, Emirates airline, Vox Cinemas and many independent restaurants.

In her spare time she likes riding her bike, paddle-boarding and Van-life holiday's whilst scouting out the best restaurants.
